Bio
Simon Dumont has been ruling the Superpipe scene for a solid three years now, stealing the Winter X Games spotlight back in 2004 with gigantic 22 foot airs above the lip. Since 2004 Simon has enjoyed many great contest accomplishments and video parts with Matchstick Productions.
It’s actually pretty amazing that Simon is even alive after overshooting a 100-foot gap by almost another 100-feet on March 11, 2005. During this insane crash, Simon fractured his pelvis and ruptured his spleen. The reason behind this incident was the misjudged speed of his snowmobile tow-in at Park City, Utah. But in 2006 Simon bounced back with solid contest results and video part with MSP (www.skimovie.com) in their latest installment "Push;" and Poor Boyz Productions (www.poorboyz.com).
When Simon is not skiing he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, paintball, and soccer. To learn more about Simon – click here.
